השימוש באפליקציית OffTube (להלן "השירות") כפוף לתנאים שלהלן. הכניסה לשירות והשימוש בו מהווים הסכמה מצדך לתנאים אלה. אם אינך מסכים לתנאי כלשהו — אנא הימנע משימוש בשירות.
תיאור השירות
OffTube מספק כלי לאצירת סרטוני YouTube עבור צפייה של ילדים בסביבה מבוקרת. השירות מאפשר חיפוש, ארגון בקטגוריות, וייבוא פלייליסטים מחשבון YouTube אישי לספרייה פרטית באפליקציה. השירות מסתמך על YouTube IFrame Player API לצורך הצגת הסרטונים, וכפוף בנוסף ל-תנאי השירות של YouTube.
אחריות המשתמש
- השימוש בשירות מותר לבני 13 ומעלה. בני 18 ומטה — בכפוף לאישור הורה.
- אסור להשתמש בשירות למטרות לא חוקיות, או לפעול בדרכים שעלולות לפגוע בשירות עצמו, במשתמשים אחרים, או בצדדים שלישיים.
- אתה אחראי לפעילות שמבוצעת תחת חשבון Google שלך באפליקציה. שמור על אבטחת החשבון שלך.
- הסרטונים שאתה מוסיף לספרייה שלך נצרכים מ-YouTube — וודא שאתה מציית לתנאי YouTube עצמם בעת השימוש בהם.
קניין רוחני
כל הסרטונים, הערוצים, והתמונות הממוזערות מ-YouTube הם בבעלות יוצריהם המקוריים — לא של OffTube. אנו רק מעבירים את הסרטונים דרך נגן רשמי של YouTube, ולא מארחים תוכן בעצמנו. ממשק האפליקציה (קוד, עיצוב, לוגו) שייך ליוצר השירות.
הגבלת אחריות

ביטול חשבון
אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות להשעות או לסגור חשבון משתמש שמפר את תנאי השימוש, ללא הודעה מוקדמת. אתה רשאי להפסיק להשתמש בשירות בכל עת על ידי ביטול ההרשאה ב-Google Account permissions ופנייה אלינו למחיקת הנתונים שלך מהשרת.

Agreement
Use of the OffTube application (the "Service") is subject to the following terms. Accessing and using the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any term — please refrain from using the Service.
Service description
OffTube provides a tool for curating YouTube videos for children's viewing in a controlled environment. The Service allows searching, organizing into categories, and importing playlists from a personal YouTube account into a private library inside the app. The Service relies on the YouTube IFrame Player API to display videos and is additionally subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
User responsibilities
- Use of the Service is permitted for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 — subject to parental approval.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or act in ways that may harm the Service itself, other users, or third parties.
- You are responsible for activity performed under your Google account within the app. Keep your account secure.
- Videos you add to your library are consumed from YouTube — ensure you comply with YouTube's own terms when using them.
Intellectual property
All videos, channels, and thumbnails from YouTube are owned by their original creators — not by OffTube. We only stream videos through YouTube's official player and do not host content ourselves. The app interface (code, design, logo) belongs to the creator of the Service.
Limitation of liability
The Service is offered "As Is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. We are not responsible for third-party content (YouTube videos, thumbnails, metadata) displayed in the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or close a user account that violates the terms of use, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access at Google Account permissions and contacting us to delete your data from the server.

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy — privacy.html.
Changes to the terms
We may update the terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The last updated date appears at the top of the page.
